“God I thank you for commanding your Angels over me” I sent this tweet out while sitting in the airport waiting to board my flight. Less than 5 minutes later, I received notification that my flight was cancelled. Did I get upset, frustrated or annoyed about the inconvenience? No, my mind immediately shifted into “Ok, Lord what do I do next?”

Honestly, I can’t help but thank God for the reminder that he is ultimately in charge of my life. I know flight cancellations are common but I believe it was God gracious hand upon my life. Ordering and directing my steps. Who knows what he just protected me from? Or even who I might meet on my next flight. Whatever the case may be, it was a FANTASTIC reminder that he is in control.

As I reflect over this past year I praise God for already working 2015 out! I’m a firm believer in setting goals, vision boards etc…but I also let God do his work. Life can be an exciting adventure if we surrender to Gods will.
